Just when you thought you've seen everything, every once in a while, a carmaker goes and does something not only extravagant but also completely insane. In 1965, Ford put up a Mustang convertible on top of the Empire state Building, which was then the highest building. Jaguar too did something insanely amazing when they flew in the XE after giving it a helicopter ride across London city.
Now, Ford is at it again. Infact, earlier this year Ford recreated the stunt that they pulled off in 1965 by bringing the latest droptop Mustang to where it all began. But that wasn't enough and the hunger grew and that is when Ford pulled off a rabbit out of their hat. For the inauguration of the Ford business unit in the Middle East and Africa, the 2015 Mustang Convertible will be scaling heights it has never, in its widest imagination, thought of climbing. The droptop made its way to the 112th floor of the Burj Khalifa which has the honour of being the world's tallest building.
The cherry on the cake was that executive chairman Bill Ford was the one to place the car's famous badge. Now, getting the car up there was no easy task and this video below will tell you more about the process. There is not a doubt though, that this Mustang has got a room with a view.
