Renault Lodgy MPV Interiors Spied; Launch Next Year

Renault India has officially announced that it will launch two all-new cars in the country in 2015. And, as known, out of the two announced cars: one is Lodgy MPV which is alread sold in several international markets, while the other is an all-new small car, codenamed XBA. The Lodgy MPV has been already spied several times as test mule, but for the first time the folks at AnythingOnWheels have been successful in snapping the interiors of the India-spec Lodgy MPV.

Going by the spy-shots, it seems as if the interiors are directly carried over from the European model of the MPV. The European model's interior is heavily inspired from the one we have in Duster compact SUV. The Lodgy boasts a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel with audio mounted contols. In addition, the MPV would also have chrome-ringed instrument cluster with tri-pod layout and round A/C vents. As for the middle row, there is a centre arm rest with cup holders as visible in the spyshot. Also, the seats have been sourced directly from the elder sibling Duster. The cabin appears to be quite roomy as it is with Duster and the MPV might score high on this factor. Surprisingly, even after the three rows to accommodate 8 occupants, it leaves a massive boot space of 207 litres, claims the company.
