Renault has a long line-up of cars to introduce in India and after the success of the Duster SUV, Renault can also bring the new Sandero. The pictures that you see here are of the Sandero Stepway which is a off-road version though the hatch can also come. Why are we betting big on this? Well just take a look, the compact SUV segment is now about to take off with the Eco Sport from Ford and XA Alpha from Maruti. The Stepway looks great in this same regard and the enhanced ground clearance will make it more practical for our roads.
The Sandero looks much more handsome and premium in its new avatar and we certainly like its looks a lot. The Sandero Stepway has 40 mm more ground clearance than the normal Stepway and could an interesting showroom mate to the Duster. The Sandero Stepway gets special off-road touches like front and rear skid plates, new fog lamps, two-tone bumper, bigger wheel arches, 16-inch wheels, two-tone longitudinal roof bars plus the goood looking Azurite blue paint which is exclusive to the Stepway model.
The Sandero is expected to be priced between rs 5.5 lakhs to Rs 7.5 lakhs
