Climbing the ladders of consecutive successes, Renault India has just achieved the feat of organizing 400 free service camps till date. The program is organized by Renault throughout the year, which has taken its reach to more than 20,000 customers throughout the nation. In the last month of October itself, company managed to host 30 camps in the whole country. Under these free service camps, all the customers of Renault’s vehicles are given the privilege to drop in their cars at the service camp venue.
The cars here are comprehensively inspected as per the guidelines and regulations set by Renault India, without any additional cost. By hosting these free service, Renault intends to build up a trust factor amongst its customers, which is the key priority for a new manufacturer in a competitive market like India. Also, through these camps, Renault ensures all the customers that their vehicles score well in their prolonged run-in. Renault also uses this platform to make the customers aware about the driving rules and basic daily maintenance steps. In addition to these services, Renault manages to engage the customers while their cars undergo the normal service procedure, by arranging several fun activities for them, such as dart games, magic shows, entertainment performances, painting competitions and medical check-ups.
Also, the customers are treated with tea, snacks and special return gifts, apart from a daily special lucky draw. The Renault free service camps are applicable for all the Renault products which are sold in India – Pulse, Scala, Duster, Fluence and Koleos.
